Michael P. Harakal III

Michael Harakal III is a senior business and IT executive who has structured and negotiated multi-million dollar, multi-year initiatives with a passionate entrepreneurial mindset, particularly in the area of helping important causes. As the business and technical force behind Sparhawk Corporation, Mike has drawn on his broad and in-depth experience in strategic planning, eCommerce, business development, P&L management, business and marketing plan creation and implementation, and support of global business units. A graduate of Cornell University, Mike’s solid business management, interpersonal skill and insight comes from extensive experience in building long-term client and employee relationships in business development, sales and general management, including managing a staff of 1000+ worldwide.
Mike also has extensive knowledge in the design and development for software programs, systems infrastructure, databases, mainframe and operating systems, programming, telecommunications and the Internet. He has conducted comprehensive technical assessments of existing operations, established business and technical strategies and direction, and built cohesive infrastructure while supporting the launch of new technology-based ventures. Other successful projects include building IT infrastructures for call centers, telecommunications networks, information processing systems and Internet-based businesses.
